New doors, dry floors, bright lights.
If you've rented storage before, you know the routine: the door that sticks, the floor that's never quite dry, the light that doesn't work. This isn't that.
• New doors: roll-up doors that open with one hand, on every unit.
• Dry, sealed floors: new concrete inside a building that keeps the weather out.
• Lit end to end: LED lighting on the building and down every climate-controlled hallway.
• Security installed this year: keypad gate, cameras and a full perimeter fence, all new in 2026.
No office, no waiting: rent online, sign your lease on your phone, choose your own gate code, and move in the same day.
